    Bought a workstation from BH. Ordered it with 16x4 gb DDR RAM. Got 8x8 instead. Contacted BH to explain that I was looking to upgrade the RAM but could not do it with the configuration they sent me as no expansion boards were included to move from 8 to 16 slots. They told me there is nothing they could do because they no longer had the machine on stock. I checked online and the machine was still available. Pointed this out but never heard back from them again. Extremely unprofessional and rude. So I would advise calling them when placing an order and upon receipt to double-check that what you are buying is what you are actually getting.
